By accessing or using SilverSingles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. SilverSingles is a dating platform designed exclusively for individuals aged 50 and over.
You must be at least 50 years of age to use SilverSingles. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
You agree to use SilverSingles in a manner consistent with our Community Standards. Prohibited conduct includes: harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior; sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent information; soliciting money or financial information from other members; distributing spam or promotional content; uploading offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content; and impersonating another person.
You retain ownership of the content you post on SilverSingles. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
SilverSingles offers both free and premium membership options. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any interactions will lead to a relationship. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverSingles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
